The Miyagi Lifestyle Program is designed for the gym user that has already been through our Miyagi Kickstart Program and successfully made exercise a part of their daily and weekly routine and now wants to make the results they have achieved thus far permanent changes…

Additionally the Miyagi Lifestyle Program is for someone who has already has been training and exercising for some time but now wants some expert help to give them some new ideas to implement into their training or to help them overcome a training plateau that may be holding them back from achieving even better results.

What makes this program different?

We don’t believe in “the quick fix” protocol nor do we encourage a strict and regiment approach to training and nutrition that doesn’t allow you to enjoy a nice glass of Rosè at th eend of the week with a few pieces of cheese and chocolate.

At Miyagi, our approach to training and nutrition is balanced. We believe that you can have your cake and eat it too whilst still improving your health, improving your curves and getting more toned in the process.

Through our thorough assessment process, we’ll design a periodised program that will fit into your busy weekly schedule for you that will help you achieve those results you want without having to spend hours and hours on a treadmill!
